To lose weight and define your body you’ll need to start with a wealthy diet and some daily exercise, one hour should be optimal. We’ll talk about a perfect diet in another post but in this one we’ll talk about exercise.

The best exercise to lose weight is the one not based in strength but in endurance, you don’t want to burn the most calories in the least time but you want to rather make a moderate exercise where you burn mostly fat in an oxygen environment which means that you completely reduce fat to energy which is good since you want to lose fat or weight. One good exercise is to go out running moderately which means running at a speed which you can maintain for a long time or at least the time you’ll be exercising (1 hour). Riding a bicycle is a pretty good exercise too, swimming is also very good, and many other, remember to make your effort moderately to low (but not too low) which means that you’ll be burning a lot of fat. Fast, heavy exercises burn carbon hydrates and help in the buildup of tissue making you gain more weight.

Physical exercise will not only help you lose fat as it will help you to be more healthy, if you workout most probably you’ll live longer since you stimulate you body to work in the most efficient conditions. Exercise helps avoid many diseases that come with age, the best prevention is to do a lot of sport or exercise.

Attention that people with heart problems, other debilitating problems, or over 50 years old (sedentary) should have a different exercise plan.

Attention that people that don’t have a regular practice of exercise should start slowly which means exercising with the least intensity and for a shorter period (20 min.) in the first two weeks, increase gradually after the third week until you reach the desirable charge.
