If you want to lose weight you should definitively change your diet, there are many diets and choosing the right one is quite hard if you don’t have previous acknowledgements.

The calorie count diets are pretty basic and bad because they normally make you starve and that isn’t good since it can lead to the development of health problems.

The best diets that you can find are the fat burn food ones, these diets tell you which food you should eat in order to lose fat, you don’t need to cut on food, you just need to change your food to fat burn food which is food that makes you burn more fat and not gain any. Did you know that you can lose weight by favoring certain foods?

And did you know some of these foods are very tasty, if you know how to cook them?

Reality is that there’s some food that actually burns fat and the more you eat that food, the thinner you’ll get because that food will make you burn fat.

The problem is that current diets use the wrong types of food and cook the food in the worst way possible. You might not know but just the way you season and cook the food can affect your weight loss or gain. It’s important to eat plenty of some fat burning foods which are very tasty when cooked properly and to avoid some weight gaining food.

Of course that the best weight loss program is complete when you also exercise and you can’t forget that. Both the diet and exercise are essential if you want to lose weight!

The best foods for weight loss are many but you have to pay special attention to the fat burning foods. The best foods for weight loss are the fat burning foods that are mainly vegetables, fish, algae, fibers, fruit, beans, seeds, nuts, and fermented soya or cereals.

  • The main thing is to eat loads of vegetables, don’t cook them in oil or fat and try to eat raw vegetables instead of cooked vegetables.
  • Another one of the best foods for weight loss is fish, fish has many health enhancing properties like omega 3 and it has almost no fat. The fish is great for meals and it will only give you the protein you need.
  • Algae are also very good, don’t have any fat, and actually are a fat burning food like some vegetables. You can cook algae with rice and pasta or you can do sushi, it’s great either way.
  • Mushrooms are an extremely easy food to cook that can help you lose weight, the mushrooms have no fat and are rich in carbs and proteins, you should eat mushrooms but be careful with the portions because mushrooms have quite some carbs and you don’t want to eat too much carbs. You can cook mushrooms in many ways but I recommend stewing them with onion and eating them with the main meals.
  • Fiber rich foods like cereals are very good and you should eat them at breakfast and with the meals, fibers are fat burning so they’ll make you lose some weight.
  • The other food from the best foods for weight loss is fruit, fruit should be eaten at meals and between the meals if you feel hungry, when you feel hungry avoid junk food and eat some fruit, it’s excellent. You should reduce your meals portions too and that’s why fruit is so important, fruit is important because you can eat it in between the meals when you feel hungry.
  • The fermented soya or cereals also are very good to go with the meals, such food can be seitan and tofu,  this food is extremely fat burning, give plenty of proteins to sustain you throughout the day, and have absolutely no fat. You can grill or stew the seitan seasoned with some pepper and chilies, and you can add tofu to salads.
  • Beans and lentils are extremely good to help you lose weight, these foods have plenty of proteins and fibers and are slowly absorbed by the body which helps not turning them into fat and using them to provide energy for your metabolism or daily activity. These foods have no fat and can provide most of the proteins you need to be healthy and still lose weight.
  • Seeds also are an excellent source of proteins, use your creativity because you can try most eatable seeds. I personally prefer sesame seeds which are very tasty and filled with proteins. You can boil, bake, or fry seeds like sesame seeds but I advise not to fry them because you’ll need oil and that isn’t recommendable to lose weight.
  • Nuts are very good to carry around and eat during the day if you feel hungry.
  • You can complete your meals with pasta, rice, and couscous. These are carbohydrates or carbs and are very good to give you energy but beware that if you eat too many carbs they’ll be turned into fat so you better just eat enough carbs to keep you going (better check caloric guidelines or portions featured in the diet books). Another point about the carbs is that you shouldn’t cook them too much especially when it comes to the pasta, try just to cook the enough so that the pasta is edible but not too soft, al dente like the Italians say. This is important because the more you cook your carbs the easier they will be absorbed by the body and this leads to turning the carbs into fat.

 

Meal plans for weight loss

To lose weight you’ll have to do meal plans in advance, you need to think at least one week ahead if you want to be successful. The best is to make a calendar with your meal plans for weight loss with a different plan for each day. I advise to make a different plans for each day because the meals have to be pleasant and interesting, if you eat the same things day after day you’ll get bored and you won’t follow the weight loss diet for long.

The best is to get a weight loss diet book that has many recipes so that you may enjoy a different and healthy meal every day. I advise to get meal plans for weight loss from a book with many recipes because normally the type of food, the quantity of food, and the way you cook the food always takes into consideration your weight loss plans so that you may lose weight and still eat a tasty meal.

You should also watch the portions you eat, you don’t need to starve but you should follow the portions featured in the diet books. If you feel hungry in between the meals there are plenty of solutions for you to feel satiety again, solutions are nuts, seeds, and fruit. The optimum would be for you to know your daily caloric guidelines and to follow them with the help of a caloric table with all the foods you’re going to eat.

Many people think that to lose weight you can’t have tasty meals but they’re wrong because with some weight loss diet books you get meals that are even better than the ones you do now, after you try good meal plans for weight loss you won’t want anything else because you’ll have pleasurable meals, you’ll feel healthier, and you’ll lose weight.

Fat burning exercise (heart rates)

Determining the most adequate rate for you to lose weight can be a bit tricky but you can follow general values which you can apply to yourself. This post will be much more specific on determining how you should exercise to lose weight and improve your health. To follow the guidelines given at this post you’ll need a heart monitor or a Polar, they aren’t too expensive and they last ages, you can find a wide range of heart monitors in the market and they are getting lighter and more comfortable to carry.

You can exercise in many ways, you can run, swim, ride a bike, use a rowing machine or any other kind of machine which makes you use many parts of the body and muscles at the same time. To burn fat you should keep a certain heart rate while you exercise, these rates vary to well prepared athletes but I’m going to give you a graph which you can use as a general guideline, it may take some effort to reach the levels of this scale over time but with training you should be able to execute them for about an hour easily.

Find out which heart rate to each kind of exercise

This graph is very easy to read, for example a healthy 40 years old person to burn fat should maintain a heart rate of 120 beats per minute while exercising. Take to attention that you should not follow these guidelines if you have health problems like heart problems for example, if you do, you should first ask your doctor at which heart beat frequencies should you exercise. To all the other cases you just need to follow the given weight loss exercise guidelines to start losing weight and improving your health.

There is another way to determine your exercising heart rate and that’s by a given percentage of your maximum heart rate. To find out the general values for a maximum heart rate at a given age you need to use this formula: Maximum heart rate= 208 – 0,7 x Age

After finding out your maximum heart rate you determine the percentage of the heart rate that you should use.

For a typical cardio respiratory training that will make you burn fat you should use exercise at 60% of you maximum heart beat for about 60 min, this kind of training among other things will make you lose fat and improve the functioning of your cardio respiratory system. There are a given number of cardio respiratory diseases that appear because of the lack of exercise.

I think that in general terms I’ve been pretty specific about at which heart rate you should execute the exercises, you can make up your own exercises, just make sure you use most of your body and that you maintain the heart rate at desirable intensities while you exercise.

I’m using this post to warn everybody about most scams visible in the internet.

Pills: most don’t present visible effects and the ones which do might be doing you more harm than good. Pills produce metabolic alterations to your system through substances that are very harmful to the human body. When I say pills I talk about powders and other related products (chemicals).

Diet books: there are many diet books
but most of them don’t really show visible effects, you may increase the quality of your food but not lose any weight at all. Creating the right diet to lose weight is extremely difficult since each person is a unique case, still we managed come together with some general ideas about fat burning foods which can help you lose weight.

Exercise: not all persons can do exercise but the ones that can should exercise everyday to maintain the weight and the health, never less exercise as to be combined with the right diet.

Which diet books work

The main idea of this diet is to maintain the right amount of sugar or glucose in your blood stream. If your glucose level goes too high it initiates the production of insulin which will increase the storing of glucose and other materials like fat, this will produce a sugar debilitated stage which will in turn make you want to eat more; as you can see not maintaining equilibrium of sugar in your blood stream will affect the storing of fat and your appetite.

A lot can be said about this subject but some people have found the food that really makes you lose weight because all previous diet plans didn’t have such amazing results. Most diet books aren’t so effective but this new fat burning food is just too revolutionary.

To lose weight and define your body you’ll need to start with a wealthy diet and some daily exercise, one hour should be optimal. We’ll talk about a perfect diet in another post but in this one we’ll talk about exercise.

The best exercise to lose weight is the one not based in strength but in endurance, you don’t want to burn the most calories in the least time but you want to rather make a moderate exercise where you burn mostly fat in an oxygen environment which means that you completely reduce fat to energy which is good since you want to lose fat or weight. One good exercise is to go out running moderately which means running at a speed which you can maintain for a long time or at least the time you’ll be exercising (1 hour). Riding a bicycle is a pretty good exercise too, swimming is also very good, and many other, remember to make your effort moderately to low (but not too low) which means that you’ll be burning a lot of fat. Fast, heavy exercises burn carbon hydrates and help in the buildup of tissue making you gain more weight.

Physical exercise will not only help you lose fat as it will help you to be more healthy, if you workout most probably you’ll live longer since you stimulate you body to work in the most efficient conditions. Exercise helps avoid many diseases that come with age, the best prevention is to do a lot of sport or exercise.

Attention that people with heart problems, other debilitating problems, or over 50 years old (sedentary) should have a different exercise plan.

Attention that people that don’t have a regular practice of exercise should start slowly which means exercising with the least intensity and for a shorter period (20 min.) in the first two weeks, increase gradually after the third week until you reach the desirable charge.

As you might imagine most diet plans are for people that want to lose weight, I would like to warn you that most weight loss solutions are scams and probably bad for your health. Every time I advise anyone to lose weight I start by the diet because it is of extreme importance.

There are many diet books out there and let me tell you that very few of them work, many are based in calories count or starvation while others are based in foods that won’t allow you to lose any weight. Before you buy any book you should expect the publisher to show you the results of his diet plan and coherent solutions, The one I’m about to show you has both.

In this blog I’m going to propose to you a 100% working diet plan
that will make you lose quite some weight over the weeks in which you follow the plan. This plan is very easy to follow and it brings a lot of information and additional books. With these books you can find out how to really lose weight over sometime.
